Indemnity

Motorsport is dangerous. By entering zone 7 and using the facilities, I acknowledge the inherent danger associated with this sport, and therefore indemnify the owners, organisers and staff. I also indemnify Zone 7, organisers and staff on behalf of all non riders and minors in my care. Therefore, I utilize the facilities at my own risk.
 
All riders entering the park may only ride once an indemnity form has been signed, and full payment has been made.
 

Rules and Regulations

• Minimum Requirements
  You are required to wear a helmet at ALL times when riding a quad or bike, and a closed shoe or boot (no sandals/flip flops etc.) No Helmet No Ride No Exception
   
• Drinking at the track
  No rider is ever allowed to drink and ride, or allow any friend or family to do the same. As member of the club you will be held responsible for the behaviour of your group.
   
• Speeding, Wheelies, Donuts
  There will be no speeding, wheeling or donuts in any common areas outside of the tracks. This rule is to ensure the safety of all present at the track, the children in particular. Anyone disregarding this rule will be asked to leave the park immediately.
   
• Keeping to the track and Direction of Travel
  No riding outside of designated tracks is permitted. All riders are to “keep to the track” at all times (No “cutting of tracks”). Tracks are only to be ridden in the direction specified. This is for your safety as well as other riders.
   
• Pit Areas
  If you do not rent/own a concrete pit area – please, do not park on it. If you do rent a concrete pit area, the onus is on you to ensure that access to that bay is secured in a manner to prevent unauthorized access.
   
• Refuse
  Bins have been provided and placed for your convenience, please use them.
   
• Grass Area
  This area is specifically for spectator use. Quads and Bikes are not permitted in this area.
   
• Right of Admission
  Please take note that Zone 7 Adrenalin Junkies, Reserves the Right of Admission.
   

Membership Terms and Conditions

On acceptance of the application; the applicant will sign an indemnity for the duration of the package, and the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read the rules and regulations of Zone 7 Adrenalin Junkies, and agrees to abide by the rules. Failure to observe the rules and regulations may result in the membership being revoked without compensation and a possible ban enforced.

Members will receive a Bike Tag and Membership Card. The Bike Tag is to be attached to the front brake cable of the bike/quad, and must be clearly visible at all times. The Membership Card must be presented on entering the Zone 7 motorsport park, and will entitle the bearer to entry to the park at the membership discounted rates;
No Card No Discount No Exception.
